What we do with your information
Last updated 19 October 2026
Who we are
Baggs & Flynn is a trading name of James Flynn Consulting Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15775111). Registered office: 61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ.
We are the controller of the personal information described here. Questions about it go to fred@baggsandflynn.co.uk.
What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site we receive what you type into it: usually your name, email address, phone number, business details and anything you tell us about the website you want. If you upload a bill or photos, we receive those too.
If you become a client we also keep the details we need to do the work and to invoice you.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, quote for and deliver the work you ask for, take payment, and keep the records the law requires. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract with you, our legal obligations (for example, accounting records), and our legitimate interest in running and protecting the business.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and the business: Cloudflare (hosting, spam protection and privacy-friendly visitor statistics that do not use cookies), Resend (delivering form submissions to our inbox), Sanity (our content system) and Stripe (card payments, if you pay us online). They process information on our behalf and only for these purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept only as long as we need them to reply and follow up. Client and invoicing records are kept for as long as UK law requires us to keep accounting records, normally six years.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email fred@baggsandflynn.co.uk and we will reply within a month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
